Woke at 213.2, lower than my post-workout weight last night. That's unusual and shows the continuing departure of excess water. I don't know if I will work out tonight. Sort of in need of a rest day. So, taking the unusual step of logging my waking weigh in as official. Targeting 2010 calories today after my successful catch-up day yesterday. Christmas shopping is half done. Need to wrap that up!
