I'm amazed I lost another pound so quickly. I have been sticking to a Keto style diet the last couple weeks, seems to be paying off. To reward myself I fixed 3 small Flax pancakes for breakfast. I ate one & gave the other 2 to my dog. They were delicious, but I couldn't eat but one. Has anyone noticed the better you stick to your diet & portion size, the less you can eat? That's the way it is with me. Good luck to all.

Keto seems to work best for me. I can stay satiated more easily. However, I am going to try to balance my approach with more vegetables this time out. For me, the great evils are are sugar, wheat and milk/dairy.
