Well, I survived the Convention in Las Vegas with Three buffet meals per day, and tables stacked with sweet treats at every break. Persevered and had a good loss. Now its off to the mountains of New Mexico for a few weeks. Won't have internet service and cell service will be spotty, so I'll have to track my food and exercise in a journal to enter after I return. Another challenge, since I'll be preparing lots of carb loaded meals for our clients while trying to avoid eating any myself. On the plus side of the scale, I'll have a lot of time to hike every day. So, I'll sign off for now and write again after I return. Thanks for the kind thoughts.
