Going down. Not as fast as I like but I didn't put all this weight on over night either. Except now a days if I even think of eating bad I gain a lb...lol
94.8 kg Lost so far: 54.9 kg.    Still to go: 22.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
