My weight went up and I am feeling disgusted with myself. It didn't seem like I ate that much, but the scale doesn't lie. Stupid scale. The challenge starts today and I am going to do this and get really into it. I am tired of pussy footing around and it is time to do it and get the job done. Maybe getting on the scale tomorrow will be a happier time. I am into getting on the scale daily, I hate to be disappointed.
77.6 kg Lost so far: 13.6 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I am working with a diet coach who advised the scale can go up/down by up to 2lbs a day. Don't get discouraged, just stay focused. :-)

I gave up weighing daily because I was making myself crazy. You have a great attitude about your challenge. Keep that positive outlook going as you move forward. :)
