Resisted chocolate chip cookies late last night. Yeaaaa, I chose my goal instead of the nagging insistence of my monkey mind. Today, out with friends, and determined to make good choices.J

Good job! What did you do instead? I feel like things like cookies just STARE at me and I have no way to redirect my mind.

Strangely, when I eat a lot of fruit or berries, it reduces my cravings for chocolate or desserts. I was thinking maybe getting more sugar that way helps me not to crave it...
