Well, I lost a pound. Not ideal but haven't been tracking my nutrition intake or exercise but let's keep this experiment going a few more weeks.

Just living a normal life, eating ok but eating junk on the run. Probably why the small loss. Need to ride my bike more.

Love your quote! Nice drop, eat normally, watch your portions, cut out the junk food and it will keep dropping. I need to start riding my bike, have to find the chuck to air up the flat tires, might mean cleaning the garage first...LOL
