After a month of vacation on the road touring the Canadian Maritimes, I didn't take much care about my diet but at the same time, I moved way more than I usually do so here are the results. Pretty happy with it.

Now back to the grind. :o)

Skwhite, I had! We visited friends, all kinds of interesting sites and the most eastern location in North America (Cape Spear, Newfoundland) definitely a place to see!
