Whew, it has been such a busy week! I am looking forward to some quiet down time today. I worked really hard at not eating junk to keep me going and turning down the junk when offered. I didn't get much chance to exercise so I will take the .3 loss and run with it. I have 16 days to find another preschool teacher to hire or I will be back in the classroom to start the school year off. My boss is afraid I'm going to give up my position and just go back to being a teacher. I don't think so, but it will be nice to have all the coverage I need and all my open slots filled.
77.2 kg Lost so far: 22.1 kg.    Still to go: 0.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
