Hi, everyone! Hope you are well. Usually I only weigh in on Wednesdays, but I wanted to weigh in daily since I came back, to see how long it would take me to get back to my goal weight. Not long at all. I'm pleased that I have done so well the past few days. Good luck to everyone! Have a great weekend!
61.4 kg Lost so far: 30.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You got maintenance down !!!! Its normal to fluctuate a couple pounds and you were below goal for a long time.. Great Job!!!!!
