Weighed in yesterday and didn't like the number but today seems more in line. Prepping food for today and keep at it.the next 3 days.
Did you know that jellied cranberry sauce is just sugar and cranberries boiled and strained? They don't add anything to the mix because cranberries have natural gelling in them.
73.5 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I make my own cranberry sauce without sugar. It's much better than the canned stuff.

I didn't know that it's pretty cool. I keep the skins on my fruit like plums, nectarines, and such like and add lemon to get them to set up. Never tried cranberry sauce or relish make I'll try my hand at it soon for fun.
