Woke at 211.4 and finished at 208.6. Amazingly, the same weight to the ounce as yesterday. Did a 1000 calorie HIIT workout in a fasted state at 2pm. Went to another concert with Denise and Emily but didn’t stick around for the pot luck. We went to two different restaurants we like but found them both closed. Ended up getting Mexican because it was close to one of the other places. Will probably pay for that in sodium and carbs, but c’est la vie. Protein bars and nuts tomorrow as I have to attend a conference.
