Woke at 211.6 and finished at 208.6. Went out to buy a new iPhone and iPad and had lunch while we were out. Did a 1000 calorie HIIT workout at 6pm. Got a good number, but it would have been a little lower before eating. No biggie. Denise and Emily are in a music performance tonight, so off to see that. They will have pot luck afterwards. Hope there are deviled eggs and veggies, although I have some room for a few goodies. Caught up on my calories so I get 1967 today per my full IIFYM daily goal.

Have a great night tonight .... I love potlucks, but they can be deadly. I just have this need to take a little of everything.

So we go to the Maryland Choral Society concert and it was great. A nice selection of Leonard Bernstein music, including songs from West Side Story and then the Chichester Psalms. Denise had some nice solos, as did Em on her cello during the Psalms. At the after party, which was a delicious pot luck, they gave away two pineapple upside down cakes as door prizes. Guess who won one of them? Yep... me! I said right then and there, "We are all sharing this!" I put it out and had the first piece, but everyone there helped me finish it. No way I was bringing that bad boy home! I wasn't a boy scout with the other treats, but I don't think I went too overboard.

Thanks, Glen. It was deadly indeed. I was pretty proud at stopping before grabbing a plate of cookies! But of course, I had a big piece of my prize winning pineapple upside down cake! And a few other treats that I just logged as a glazed donut! I am well within my calorie (deficit) goal with my exercise from today but I'll probably show some water gain...
