Woke at 213.4 again. Getting taken out to lunch by a coworker as thanks for nominating her for an innovation award, which she won. Very proud of her. Targeting 1674 calories today to finish getting back on track after Wednesday. Have a great weekend!

Nothing that water can't take care of. Cottage cheese was a really good choice anyway.

I've been getting the low sodium cottage cheese and then adding some salt. Hopefully getting to a middle ground with the sodium.
