Thanks, Pam and Jim! Well, the best laid plans... my friend had to cancel, so I was about to go out for lunch and I ran into a senior advisor I'd been meaning to meet with. So we had a nice chat that went well. So then I walked past Hooters, Nando's Peri-Peri, and many other fine lunch places to go and get a carton of cottage cheese at Walgreens. So I ended up eating what I usually do anyway! And I will be able to get back on track faster. Enjoy the weekend!

PS. I got regular (not low sodium) cottage cheese as that's what they had in a limited dairy section. OMG, was it salty! The sodium content was 1400mg and I could tell as soon as I had a bite.

Nothing that water can't take care of. Cottage cheese was a really good choice anyway.

Thanks, Soon! I drank a lot of extra water this afternoon to make up for it. Now it's treadmill time!

I've been getting the low sodium cottage cheese and then adding some salt. Hopefully getting to a middle ground with the sodium.

That's good. I usually put protein powder in it, so that offers the flavor.
