last week's vacation and lack of exercise this year have finally pushed my weight up enough for me to start logging a few meals to get back on track. besides a few pounds, everything else is going well.
79.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
