Day 6/12 yippeee, keep on going down IT box number :-) It was a little tempting yesterday to grab a 'no-no treat' but I packed my dinner and ate it during my break and I am so happy I did. The 'food' offered at the event was not really something I would normally eat anyway and the candy offered by a passer by fortunately was NOT the one I favor but then again if it was one I like I probably would have turned it down anyway but was relieved I was not subject to that further temptation. I really am trying to be 'conscious' of this process and practice mindful prep and eating of my food. That has been a big accomplishment for me and demands constant attention. But it is worth it. My uniform fit me better yesterday and for that I am so happy! I was concerned that just a few up/down/all around with my weight would not amount to much but it did :-) There is still more work to be done, but I am worth it! For ME :-) Today is my day off and in the past I would eat whatever I could get my hands on and overindulge but NOT today :-) Hope ALL is well in FS-Land & Take care to ALL :-)
