Weigh-in at doctor's office 138.8kg/306.0 (with clothes); home scale was 309.0 (no clothes).Always like to compare! And apparently, clothes help me weigh less! LOL LOL LOL
138.8 kg Lost so far: 22.2 kg.    Still to go: 3.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
