weight at annual physical today. Discussed things with the doctor. Blood sugar is up, not yet prediabetic but close. Good talk with the doctor It's been so cold I haven't gotten out to walk. I bought some apples and got a free pie for have a Community Share at the local farm last year. I ate a piece and froze the rest. Doctor says I should just toss those things. We'll see. I have a list of various things that I have frozen, so I will work through those. Trying to not buy much food, although the apples made sense because I went to the store right after the physical.
