I feel like I am on a carousel ride with my weight, up, down, up, down, lol. I have had a lot of salt this week. Also I have increased the amount of protein I have eaten. In the past that would have freaked me out, however, I am going to keep up the protein and see how this works itself out. On the other hand I have been doing well with my weight lifting and sit ups/ pushups and my clothes fit a little looser so although I don't like the pound and a half gain I'm going to ride it out and see what happens.
76.0 kg Lost so far: 23.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

SKW! I am rooting for you. I am doing the same thing now. I hope that you can stay on the downward trend from now on. I don't know about you, but my upward gain is due to stress! You can do this, you can continue to lose weight. right? Let's pray for one another to resist foods that are unhealthy and foods that only puts on weight.:) Hugs and prayers~Ann:)
