I get up early for work. I weigh in when I wake up. Maybe 4am. Then I go to work (my home office) after two hours, I can drop 1+ pounds even not going to the bathroom. GO FIGURE. I really hope your mom does well today.

Surgery went well but I think recovery will be a real bitch. The doctor said he had to do a lateral release but her knee cap has been listed there for so long that it got very comfortable and he had to cut it out of soft tissue and so on. Anyhow... thankfully it went as well as it could. Praise God. Thanks for prayers.
