I blame it on the sugar cookies with icing…that was done yesterday as an activity…however you had to use a perry knife to cut them…just alittle over baked…
15 outside this morning…nice hard frost on the top of suvs in parking lot….makes me appreciate all I have as I sip my ☕️…I wonder at times how I put up with the cold on days I had to get out and work in it….or the days I’d layer up for an early morning walk or ride…thru the years I set a temp cut off..as to what I would layer up …to walk or ride….
Today is ride day…inside…lol…
You know it’s been over a month since I quit eating eggs..meat..and cheese…yes I do eat roast or beef fron time to time…but not regularly anymore…the daily inflammation I once had …so hard to believe it’s gone completely…just mind blowing…because my body…still goes thru a daily grind…
Well…waiting on sunrise…getting hydrated…
