Happy 😃 happy 😃 Wednesday…

Walked yesterday…what ever whoop was telling me yesterday…is in the green this morning in the health monitor….

Ate supper last night… normally l fast from noon till breakfast…decided to shake my body up…soup and small salad…it’s noiseier…then I’m use to…then played dominoes…the other players call out the numbers I need in my hand to play…if the tree is small I can see..as it grows my vision decreases…last night just seeing the dominoes in my hands was difficult..was glad when game was over…

Todays plan..upper body..walking…

Xmas is counting down…and it’s definitely not looking like a white one…our December has been more like October…with the ups and downs of the weather…I don’t miss the cold or the snow..but …

Covid here is slowing down…most everyone is free from their room…3-5 days was hard on a lot of the residents…that are use to being out of their rooms…

Waiting on the sunrise….watch a beautiful sunset yesterday at the supper table…
