Here is me practicing what I preach. A few days of over indulgence and up 8 pounds. I would use an expletive but it would be pointless. So once again I have failed this leg of the journey and all I can think is who gives a F... I am back on the wagon and through indulging myself with the ever so treasured food I like to poison myself with... I hate food!! I guess that the realization has hit that at 58 years old I am never going to have a decent relationship with food and eating so dieting for the rest of my life it is... UGG!
