Happy 😃 happy 😃 Wednesday….

We got tested Saturday afternoon…5 day stay away from anyone that doest have it…and I’m tired of fighting out what day I’m no longer confined…which…I’m not really confines…as they allow me to walk my hall..and both stairwells on each end…just stay off main floor…most…11of the residents are on my floor…the other 6 on bottom floor…

Been watching the sunrise every morning as I sip my ☕️…you gotta catch it just right..or you miss the beautiful part of it…

Figured out my iPad problem yesterday…so plan to ride after breakfast…by that time..everyone will be awake…my trainer isn’t loud…but puts off a vibration…

Batteries in scale…had to be recharged…why can’t they usb them like everything else…or..maybe they do…

I just feel so insync with everything that happens now….even before the Covid…can’t describe the feeling

I quit eating meat and cheese and eggs..on Nov 16…and I really don’t miss it..what I noticed was all inflammation that I use to take a pain pill for..is gone…even after I fell…there was no inflammation…which I expected…

Cna told me I’m on list of a parole tomorrow….yippee….but I also seen more doors upstairs…with hangers…3-4…all mainly on one wing…plus weekly testing ..I’m fine with that..it’s that time of season…
