Happy 😃 happy 😃 Thursday

Let the good time roll…my quarantine along with the lady a very dear friend was lifted yesterday..we are Covid free once again…we will be the only ones at our table for a few days..as the other 3 ..are still in quarantine..

I rode yesterday..I could tell…not riding for a month..has its drawbacks…but I did finish the course…felt good to ride…thinking of making it every day workout…just a different workout for a change…

Very few in here don’t have Covid…getting close to half of residents…worst I’ve seen it here since I came..and we have 2women over 100..that went into quarantine..just to be safer…

Gonna weigh in shortly…get the ☕️brewin…stop my eyes from rolling in my head like a slot 💻…
