So focused on not snacking between meals…and it is hard..not to grab something..as I’m hungry…so if I do snack..it’s right as I break my fast…

I try to keep high protein options available for such occasions, mainly meat. That helps me differentiate the difference between true hunger and eating out of habit, stress, boredom, etc. If I feel hunger, but I am hell bent against a piece of meat, I know it's not true hunger...lol.

LOLOLOL Zen, the canned sardines work like that too, if you really want to eat them, you must be actually hungry!!!

I’ve not had any fried thing since nov16…. And don’t miss it…well..yes I miss fried fish…but not chicken…as for what I eat…my day starts with 2 ☕️…then at 6am..I mix protein mix with ag1…. And I start my day of walking and workouts…by noon…I’m running on fumes…

So Mike, how does the AG1 taste mixed with the protein? I have hesitated to try it, so I have a green drink first thing in the morning when my nightly fast ends, then a protein fiber shake later on, about 10 AM, I've been grabbing the sardines for lunch before I head to work then I eat my main meal when I get home...that is for my eating days...my fasting days, I don't use anything other than a little electrolyte mix. I have started doing a real high protein prep on Sunday before my fast begins, it seems to be helping with the hunger issues on day one because I still feel like I have food in my stomach for most of the day. I'm on day 3 now, feeling wonderfully empty and sore...LOL I picked my fasting days to start more intense strength training and I'm feeling the burn in my biceps, triceps, glutes, hips and calves, but no hunger which I am surprised by. I thought maybe it would increase my hunger working out fasted but it's no more intense than it was when I did my 20 minute dumbbell, bike and walks. If you are not fasting, then eating lunch is a good thing. Ya'll call it snacking, I call it grazing because when my husband snacks...he eats constantly on something. He will go to the pantry and grab chips, then go put those up and grab some fruit like grapes, then he will go get the peanut butter and crackers...just steady crunching from his end of the couch...it drives me crazy!

Sometimes, if I’m real hungry but it’s not meal time, I drink a cup of beef bone broth.
