Always have a big smile when I’m releasing this kind of weight….

Happy 😃 happy 😃 Monday….

Been fasting since Saturday noon..since I’d been only doing 19-5…fasting…for last month or so…was waiting on blood test..now that that’s over….fast on…feels so good to be doing longer fast…just wish thanksgiving wasn’t this close..bur…il survive…lol…not leaving table bloated an tired like a lot will….and after what ever I eat…will walk to burn the calories…

Added more moves to resistance bands yesterday…plus doing counter pushups to exhaustion…instead of sets…

Might be an inside day today..rain in forecast….45…window open at the moment…we’ll..actually all night…last year..once it started getting below 30… I shut windows on colder nights…this year…I’ve grown use to the colder nights…I often notice how much warmer it is in hall…compared to my room…lol…

The plan…is to fast..as long as weight is releasing….if it starts to slow down,,il know it’s time to refeed…
