Happy 😃 happy 😃 Tuesday…

10 more minutes to 100%…. Only problem….my body is waking up at 4-430am…like it use to…when I use to be up earlier…to get even more done….but my body was rested and ready to rock….

Still fasting…still seeing results…hoping to go till thanksgiving lunch…only eating what I want..then returning to fasting…to far ahead to plan …body knows best…

Temps are changing..51 now..but high is only 49 today…and colder as night comes…closed the window last night..rain,.

Feeling so great….and why do we eat again…lol…first ☕️…half way thru..already ready to getting my steps/miles in…

Time to rock..my body is ready to move… ☕️ is gone…lol…only one cup…
