Diet wasn't great all week, but the Halloween set up and walking/standing all night last night seemed to have created a loss. Time to get back to being serious again.
89.6 kg Lost so far: 7.9 kg.    Still to go: 10.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Nope, this is very true SM. It just proves that I need more moving in my life. Perhaps not THAT much, as I'm still recouping lol
