Ok, so I'm up in the weight department which doesn't make sense! I've worked out every work day this week. What am I doing wrong? I admit that I did eat some of my son's Easter chocolate but not a lot. It's like I look at food and the scale shoots up. Discouraged!!

That stinks! I know where you're coming from, but just keep doing what you're doing. Maybe those treats have been just enough for your body to give you a small gain, but soon enough they'll be gone and you'll be back on track.

I absolutely loathe those weeks, everything right and still a small gain. It's important to remember that it happens to all of us (well, the best of us at least lol). Just forget about that weigh in and keep working for the next one. You know what you're doing, just keep on doing it, losses will come.

I totally understand where you are. I had to re-focus and get my scale back out and weigh things again. I also started measuring the amounts. Don't get to discouraged. You can do this!!

Weight and measure your food and don't guess until you are an expert at it. :)

Hang in there. My only thought is to reign in the carbs if you haven't already. You CAN do this - I'm betting on you!!!

Could it be that our bodies and metabolism doesn't respond as we hope/expect them to. Who knows which calories will translate into fat and which ones will not. We just have to make a plan and stick to it. The results will be whatever they will be.
