Happy 😃 happy 😃 Thursday…

If I eat…I gain….that’s how it is for me…and fasting all the time gets old…that’s my reality…but I am sleeping fantastic once again..I take dr prescribed melatonin…yes I know Amazon sells it…I was getting the kind that melts in you mouth…till one day his nurse shows up..and I had it out in plain site…now I take his…lol…anyways I had been taking his ..had stopped…it does make a difference in sleep…..

Yesterday…I was thinking….ut oh….not done a long fast….in a while…just been living with the food choices in cafertia….well best ones I can pick from…I been in the 250s….for some time…ready to move on….guess that means fasting is in my future…my only problem is..once I start..I hate to stop fasting…like I ate yesterday at lunch…won’t eat till lunch….but guessing today…starts a longer fast…I’m feeling like a bear….putting it on…

Slept with window cracked open…49 this morning…but warning up as sun gets higher….was 79 yesterday..still warmer days…just colder morning…makes for great sleeping…

First ☕️ is gone…drinking water now…watching sun rise…the night sky is disappearing…the sun is moving across…another day is happening…time to get dressed rest of way…start my routine…
