Oh well, this isn't surprising really. I believe the scale was accurate this morning; this weight matches my bad eating behaviors lately. 🙁
I been feeling a bit down for the last two weeks, so I started to eat more. I am fully aware these are the consequences, but I am also aware of one thing: I won't give up 🙌.
Now its time to forgive myself and move on. 🙂
