I’m sure you’re all sick of me saying this, I’m sick of me saying this but this is such unknown territory. I’m so grateful of course, but it’s just so strange sometimes. I remember being 120 lbs in Grade 4, I remember trying to lose weight at 13 or 14 at 163 lbs, but I have zero recollection of being in the 150s. But here I am and honestly, NEVER thought this was possible, EVER.

WHAT’S NEXT: Pace of loss feels a little high at this stage and I’m not looking to lose a lot more, so though it makes me nervous, going to play around with upping calories just a little. I’ve been on the lower end of my calorie range for quite awhile so I guess it’s time to test some things. Any and all tips welcome btw 😊

Heck, if it keeps a smile in your heart, keep on saying it... it puts a smile into my heart to see someone succeed... this is not about dieting, this is about changing lifestyle and perception, which includes the diet... that is not easy, which is why there is an obesity epidemic... it's not as simple as cutting a few calories... that is a heroic effort imo... way to go!
