173 OK, I wasn't sure I would show a little bump down but I did! I had been eating almost nonstop (storm stress, but ok now). But I've been eating my woe foods so that is good. I am so relieved that I did not buy anything not on my woe yesterday when I went to the store! WOW, I really have to watch myself and remind ME that, if I did buy stuff it would either all or almost all be eaten by now, I would not feel well and would probably be looking for more 'no-no' foods to eat AND set myself up for a FULL weekend of 'no-nos'. But now, even though I know I will feel tempted, I can 'build' on yesterday to help with today and toward tomorrow. Hoping this will help keep me strong for this weekend. As I know, this weekend will be FULL of temptation that I will not be able to avoid, but I can control! I WILL keep on keeping on. Hope ALL is well in FS-Land & Take care to ALL :-)
