I don’t sleep well and work has been biting me out. My body is not responding as well to my weight loss attempts and I have been having a challenging time with energy levels for exercise before or after work

The lack of sleep, for myself, is an emotional killer, and can influence my weight... I am now booked for a Sleep clinic to find out why I don't have a proper sleep, or wake up exhausted... may finally get some answers.
