My new weight shows my gain since last April 2022. My weigh in in April 1, 2023 was 228.2. So I HAVE lost 4 lbs this month. I will take it!
102.0 kg Lost so far: 18.5 kg.    Still to go: 22.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
