Tough night. I broke down and had a bowl of cereal....not my usual bowl, this was actually one cup. I've got to purchase smaller bowls....Lucky Charms looked lost in that bowl..lol. Started the two challenges today. I'm headed down to the heavy bag now. Wish me luck. Thanks for listening.

LOve that you have a punching bag...yes those sugary cereals are not good for us!

Thanks. I actually had the Hubby taking turns with me on the bag. Giggle....I hit better than he does...but he is much stronger. I practiced my squats today for the upcoming challenge. I forgot how hard it was, this is going to be a toughie.
