Staying flat lately with wild swing throughout the day and night that I don't bother logging here. I weighed 193.5 two nights ago, but then I realized that it was because I forgot to take my blood pressure pill that morning. Oops. Anyway, had a lazy Sunday, but a crazy busy and very active Saturday to make up for it. Hoping to take the momentum of a good eating day yesterday into this week along with a few visits to the gym.

Great Job!!!! This year we both should beat the plateau stage and get the weight moving down. But you have done superb losing over 90 pounds so far!!!! That is a huge success

Thanks, PW and all. Yes, it's been a great journey. Funny how it slows down when your body gets to a weight where it feels "comfy". I know a few people on here I'm close to who have that problem. However, I'm convinced that once the breakthrough happens, it will keep going. Kind of like trying to push a giant snowball down a hill...the first few inches are the hardest.
