Here i go again... started my modified keto on 2/20 - wt 166. Just because my body is so mushy! its not even my weight. its my body composition. I need to burn the fat and tone up.
Like typical keto - this has been easy for me. Not hungry. Just really trying to make healthy options with veggies and fiber! BMs are a problem. Miralax on occasion. And herbal tea at night - peppermint/echinacea!
73.5 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 12.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
