Still sick with a sore throat. Have never had one last this long in my life! Started drinking optima for vitamin c electrolytes. Hope that helps.
Also I realized I’m not really doing keto…. Eating more than 50 carbs per day. So no wonder!! I need to do a better job tracking what I actually eat!

Got my period today. Hopefully just water weight? Idk. I pretty much been eating at or under 50 carbs a day. Or so I think. Maybe there’s hidden carbs and I’m not counting correctly.

Started eating the keto chocolate caramel cluster’s yesterday- yum! Still not hungry. Just trying to keep carbs low. And plan ahead. Been sick a lot. Cold, chest congestion and sore throat. Drinking diet 7up.

Really bad stomach cramps last night and lingering today… not sure what caused it because I didn’t eat much. Maybe the high noons?
