Every time I travel for a couple days I put on a couple pounds.
Then back home it takes me a couple days (back to strict calorie watch and exercise)to lose it. Back to 181, I'm headed to my recent 30 yr low of 179. It really is a lifestyle change, and I'm thankful.
82.1 kg Lost so far: 34.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
