.4 of a pound isn't bad considering I've quit smoking!! It's been almost 3 weeks, I switched from a NRT (the patch) to Champix and had a little falling down between them. I am still sticking to my eating and walking plan, but have allowed myself some snacky things in the evening, that's when I smoked the most. I've stuck to mostly sunflower seeds, hard candies and the occasional bag of crispy minis. I'm giving myself another 2 weeks of leeway before I cut out the snacks. I'm setting a target date of April 1... well, maybe April 2nd.... LOL to be down another 5 lbs. and to say officially "I'm a non-smoker"!!
