Happy 😃 happy 😃 Thursday……

I’ve been doing it since Jan 14 of this year…I had been doing 20 hour fast..so it wasn’t really that hard to go lounger….each day I see more benefits…last 2 days..no pain meds needed…less inflammation….more focused..it’s not for everyone….I have fasted for years…not always 20 hours..use to be 12-16… but gradually increased over time….we live in a world of food at our convince….

The snow is gone…except in the grassy area…my kind of snow that melts that fast off the pavement…if only the temps would raise …28…wind chill 16….but glad the snow melted or it would seem colder…

Move….is the name of the game today…move and workout….keep the body guessing….

Well…coffee is gone
…lol…time to move….get a workout 🏋️‍♀️ started….
