Feeling under the weather, but having a good diet week. Happy now for not overindulging last week. There wasn't one meal where I was even tempted to overeat.

I see so many of my good buddies on here veer off the beaten path for a day or two, and then suffer the consequences for days or possibly weeks to come. It's so helpful to watch what others do and learn how our bodies react to sodium, carbs, water, everything. I thank everyone who has shared their journey because the progress of others has helped me so much.

Hoping that my low activity levels this week due to being sick don't cost me too dearly when I return to the gym in terms of feeling weak when lifting weights. Trying to keep up cardio as much as I'm able while feeling poorly. Took a nice, sweaty Jacuzzi this morning to hopefully get rid of toxins.
85.0 kg Lost so far: 42.0 kg.    Still to go: 17.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

You did good last week, especially if you weren't even tempted. Sadly I can't say I did the same, but I'm glad my over-indulgence has been educational! :) Now if I would just learn from it myself. Hoping you feel better soon.

Get well soon!! 187.5 You are doing great!!!! I am trying hard to stay on the correct diet path. I would like to be at 150 by the end of December or sooner then come up with a plan to get to my final goal of 138. I will have to wake up sooner tommorow to weigh Buddy In. I was not able to catch him this morning, he was very frisky having too much fun for a weigh in.

PW, you made me laugh about Buddy. JMB, the way I look at the stuff that looks tempting is to think about what it's going to do to me, how long it will take to undo the damage, then how short the amount of time is I even get to enjoy (that stuffing, bread, or cookie, or whatever). Pleasure: 3 minutes, Damage control: 3-10 days. Um, not worth it to me, hence, not tempted, so I'm glad I was able to clarify. It's a matter of making these choices with my entire brain, not just my lizard brain that says "GIMME!" Thanks for the support, all!

I find that now if I have to take a week off or so from the gym I get back to normal pretty quickly. It's a couple weeks or more that hurt....Hope you feel better!
