Got a nice 207.0 weigh in at 3:30 PM. I woke up at 208.2 after a huge seafood dinner with dessert and drinks last night. Then we went out for breakfast this morning and I had about 900 calories of deliciousness. Just did 65 minutes of HIIT on the treadmill, though, and that got me back to a better pre-Thanksgiving launch weight! Brother's on his way over, so there will be lots of empty beer calories consumed tonight. Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!
