Last week I made it to workout everyday in the morning
On Fri aunt Flow came to town of course Sat & Sun I ate food like crazy this will be my struggle week agaist junkfd Just hope I don't gain no more than 2-3 lbs
82.1 kg Lost so far: 15.2 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
