So far I've been doin good on working out everyday this week On Mon & Wed I made it to workout twice a day Even ate all cook meals (No FastFood) My goal was to lose 3-4lbs this week since I had gained 8lbs Somehow I got bless lost the whole 8lbs that I had put on Back to my goal weight
Since I did so gd & my baby won her basketball game think we'll be eating out 2nite her(my Brat) call Oh no worries I plan to workout after work 2day that way I wont put on to many calories
