Woke at #210, on my way to fix #600 turkey today for Partys tomorrow and Friday, walked 22,550 steps yesterday, not bad for an old man, I guess I have not been to hungry looking at all the food we are fixing serving 600ppl small group for me.Have meetings tonight and gym today.Last week before 9 days off. Then cooing for families next Thursday, only 2 want turkey, everyone else Prime rib. Have a good one and I'm DO N OK !!!
95.3 kg Lost so far: 98.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
