What can I say? Seems to be working this low cal program.
69.7 kg Lost so far: 13.3 kg.    Still to go: 5.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yup - after all the years, calories in and calories out works as longs as I keep moving avoid too many starchy carbs
