If I can drop 0.4 pounds a day that would be 2.8 pounds a week. Still haven't hit the 500 calories a day but this alternative seems to be working.
Rainy day today - going Holiday shopping later to entertain myself.
69.9 kg Lost so far: 13.1 kg.    Still to go: 6.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Doing great on the weight loss. I tend to avoid any shopping for holidays. LOL.

I couldn't get to 500 calories a day. I'm often low, 800-1000 calories and get about half my protein grams from dairy. .4 pounds in a day is great! Enjoy your rainy day.

I eat 1000 to 1400 and am losing about .5 per week. Im older and dont exercise except to walk 15-20 per day on the tredmil. I think my metabolism has really slowed down.
